If you are investing in property around the greater Baltimore area, there are two web sites that I highly recommend: http://www.flippinghomes.com and http://www.creonline.com. Both have a wealth of information on their sites and have forums where questions are posed and answered by experienced investors. Flippinghomes is hosted by a local investor, Steve Cook, and seems to interest many other local investors.
